This website, youth-essentials.com, is owned and operated by SC Youth Essentials SRL (hereinafter referred to as 'us', 'we', 'our' and Youth Essentials). More information regarding our company can be found at section 12.
The following terms and conditions apply to all our customers and visitors (hereinafter referred to as “you”).
By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy.

You must be a registered account holder to place orders on our website.
When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address and password. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all use and activity which takes place in connection with your account.
To create an account, you must agree and undertake to use the website in accordance with these Terms, which are presented both on Register page and on Checkout page.
If you want to order without creating an account before or without being logged in, you can do so, but our website will automatically create an account for you to link it with the order you just made. You can take ownership of this account anytime by using Recover password functionality on Login Page.
We collect personal information about you in order to respond to your enquiry, create your account, send you our newsletter (only if you subscribed to it), process your order and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy
We may disclose your information to third parties that help us deliver our products and services (including information technology suppliers, couriers, logistics service providers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our products or services to you. We do not disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of European Union.

We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, products or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the website or if that information is not up-to-date. Therefore you should monitor any changes to the information contained on this website.
All prices shown on this website have VAT included as per current legislation.
Product, shipping, package price as well as payment method can be specified in every order. We will provide an electronic invoice for each delivered goods, which can be found on My orders page.
All payments can be made only by credit/debit card using Netopia Payments operator. You warrant that any credit/debit card being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks.
If the issuer of your payment card or the payment processor does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Credit or debit card information will never be stored on our Youth Essentials website.
The status of your payment can be seen anytime on My Orders page, under My Account page.
By placing an order on our website you also agree with NETOPIA' Terms and Conditions.
After you place the order please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends.
At this moment we deliver only to countries inside European Union, United Kingdom and USA.
Custom duties if any, are paid entirely by customer.
International orders are delivered with DHL Express Shipping in 1-2 business days. Delivery fee for this service is 17EUR for orders below 60 EUR and free of charge for orders above 60 EUR.
In Romania we deliver using Fan Courier in 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping for orders paid by card or via wire-transfer, and charge a fee of 22 RON for orders paid via cash on delivery (13 RON fee for Bucharest only).
After an order has been packed and an AWB generated, you will receive another email which contains the tracking number of your order so you can monitor its delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by email of expected dispatch dates.
Be aware that you need to show an ID card upon delivery.
Refusing a package delivery for any reason is considered a Return and the Return policy will apply.
In case of custom duties taxes, they will be deducted from the value of order paid by customer.
Return of the products without a specific reason withing 14 days upon receiving them is your right as stated under Government Ordinance no. 34 of 12 June 2014. The steps required for returning your products as well as other conditions that apply are described bellow.
A. Return unused & sealed items
Given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase unless the product is unused, sealed and in a re-saleable condition.
In this case open the Order Confirmation Mail, and hit Reply button and ask us for a refund. We will reply in 1-3 business days and provide you an address where you can send returned product(s) to us.
We must receive returned product(s) within 14 days after you have received your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost even if it was free.
This means that if the initial order shipping was free because it exceeded the amount specified in Delivery section from above, we will keep the cost of that shipping from the total amount refunded.
If the initial order shipping was not free, you still won't receive the amount for it.
B. Return damaged items
In the unlikely event where a package contents have been damaged in transit please contact us by email hello@youth-essentials.com as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your products.
In your email you must include picture of delivered package, as well as pictures of the inside of it where reported damage can be observed.
If a package looks deteriorated because of transit it its highly encouraged to refuse it so that delivery company can be hold accountable for damaging the products. You can accept a deteriorated package on your own responsibility.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
Once the item has been received by Youth Essentials it will be analysed and a decision will be taken:
1) If the product is indeed deteriorated - we will refund the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid.
2) If the package is not deteriorated - it will be considered a clasic unused product return and the rules from A. Return unused & sealed items will apply.
Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.
For example we need to display the NETOPIA' banner (which includes VISA and MASTERCARD logos) on our website as long as we use their services.
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license from third parties all rights, title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trade marks and other intellectual property rights) in this website and in all of the material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio and software) made available on this website (Content).
