THE FOUNDATION

Is Youth Essentials for me?

Absolutely! If you are in your 20s or 30s and worrying about skin problems, such as acne or other similar conditions, our supplements are a great choice - especially Glow Boost, since it contains biotin (a vitamin from the B-complex “family” that helps keep your skin, hair, eyes, liver, and nervous system healthy) and zinc - a mineral that can decrease the severity of acne and reduce the early signs of maturing skin, and vitamin C - a vitamin that stimulates the natural production of collagen and boosts your immunity.

If you’ve passed the 30s landmark and want to always look fresh and radiant, then our supplements are well-suited for that. Whether we’re talking about our Radiance Boost liposomal cocktail, with glutathione, hyaluronic acid, and a pleasant mango taste, the C Boost drink that contains 1000 mg of vitamin C in liposomal form (which is a powerful antioxidant, protecting your skin cells from UV radiations and helping repair damage from sun exposure and collagen loss- meaning that it can also prevent premature skin aging), or the Glow Boost collagen powder, mixed with probiotics, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, zinc, and biotin - any one of our products is suitable for you!

Why? Because they’re natural, tested and proven, effective, super tasty, easy to absorb, and even easier to integrate into your everyday routine! They’re the dietary supplements meant to accompany you along your journey and help you preserve a healthy balance between your body and mind’s needs.

Understanding the link between inner health and outer beauty

Our bodies are a reflection of our lifestyle. When everything is balanced and healthy on the inside, you will glow on the outside. Our skin responds with radiance, elasticity, and firmness as long as we offer it the antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids that it needs to continuously recover from stress and environmental factors and renew itself time and time again.

The Youth Essentials supplements are clinically proven, natural, and easy to integrate into your day-to-day diet and beauty rituals. Make-up can only do so much - but a glass of Youth Essentials a day keeps the signs of aging away. That’s because we’ve understood what a woman’s body needs as it goes through life, undergoing countless changes and using all its force to counteract them. As time goes by, our bodies produce “more of this and less of that” - less collagen, and less glutathione, for example.

This is why we need a healthy diet and the right supplements for each stage we go through. We have thought about all that as we developed our products and we came up with the best supplements to complement your diet and help you preserve that healthy, blissful glow by strengthening your nails and hair, and by helping your body produce more collagen for more elasticity and a better-hydrated skin. We have added antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals for your wellbeing and for the double role they play in our routines: providing us with everything we need that we can’t get out of our diet, and helping restore the balance between body and mind.

Glow from within and embrace the youthful appearance that comes from this positive relationship between your mind and your body!

How it works

To answer this question, we’ll take all the main ingredients one by one and explain the effects they have on our bodies:

Glutathione

Glutathione is an antioxidant produced in cells. It’s comprised largely of three amino acids: glutamine, glycine, and cysteine. Glutathione levels in the body may be reduced by a number of factors, including poor nutrition, environmental toxins, and stress. Its levels also decline with age.

Among its benefits, we may mention its role in supporting the immune function and regenerating vitamins C and E, as well as its “detoxifying” effect: glutathione is essential in eliminating toxins from the body since it’s produced in the liver - the organ most responsible for detoxifying the body. If the liver isn't functioning well, glutathione production suffers, toxins overwhelm it and illness, both short and long term, is not far behind.

More than that, glutathione plays a key role in keeping disease at bay, maintaining a youthful feeling, and sustaining wellness. Glutathione is the most powerful antioxidant that our body produces and recycles. It also helps slow the aging process, offers our skin a glowing aspect, decreases wrinkles, and increases skin elasticity. Whether concerned with acne, wrinkles, dryness, eczema, or puffy eyes, science says that glutathione is an effective answer, contributing to flawless, youthful skin.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is a clear, soft substance that is naturally produced by your body. The largest amounts of it are found in your skin, connective tissue, and eyes. Its core purpose is to retain water in order to keep your tissues smooth and moist. You can take it either as a supplement, as a topical serum, in the form of eye drops, or injections.

Its main benefit is that it promotes healthier, more supple skin, by actively contributing to its firmness and offering it a youthful aspect. Hydrated skin also reduces the appearance of wrinkles, which may explain why several studies show that supplementing with it can make skin appear smoother.

Hyaluronic acid can also speed wound healing and relieve joint pain by keeping bones well-lubricated.

Vitamin C

An optimal intake of vitamin C helps boost your immune system and improves the body’s natural collagen production. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient in tissue repair and the enzymatic production of various transmitters. Vitamin C promotes collagen production, which has the potential to thicken the dermis, diminish fine lines, and is essential for firm, youthful skin. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant, meaning that it protects skin cells from damaging free radicals caused by UV exposure.

In addition to that, it helps repair damage from sun exposure and collagen loss. Given its key role in helping collagen production, topical vitamin C can help prevent premature aging of the skin.

Collagen

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. It plays a role in strengthening skin, plus - it may benefit elasticity and hydration. As you age, your body produces less collagen, leading to dry skin and the formation of wrinkles. However, several studies have shown that collagen peptides or supplements containing collagen may help slow the aging of your skin by reducing wrinkles and dryness.

There are also studies that show that women who took a supplement containing 2.5–5 grams of collagen for 8 weeks experienced less skin dryness and an important increase in skin elasticity compared with those who did not take the supplement. Other studies show that women who drink beverages mixed with collagen supplements daily for at least 12 weeks see an increase in skin hydration and a visible reduction in wrinkle depth.

The wrinkle-reducing effects of collagen supplements have been attributed to their ability to stimulate your body to produce collagen on its own. Taking collagen may also increase the strength of your nails by preventing brittleness. Additionally, it may stimulate your hair and nails to grow longer.

Our Glow Boost collagen-based powder uses VERISOL® collagen, a patented blend of special collagen peptides that can help to delay the natural aging process of both the skin and the connective tissue. It has been specially created for beauty products and has been incorporated into an important number of well-established and well-received skin care products.

Zinc

Zinc can decrease the severity of acne and early signs of maturing skin (lines, wrinkles, spots, etc.), boosts the immune system, decreases signs of aging and acne. Zinc also has anti-inflammatory properties. This may help relieve some of the redness and irritation associated with moderate-to-severe acne, while also helping reduce the intensity of the marks left by acne scars.

Biotin

Biotin is part of the group of eight B vitamins. It is also known as vitamin B-7 or vitamin H, in which case the H stands for “Haar und Haut,” the German words for “hair and skin”, which explains its role in improving the health of your hair, nails, and skin. Generally speaking, biotin helps keep your skin, hair, eyes, liver, and nervous system healthy.

Probiotics

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your digestive system. Generally, probiotics are very good for gut health, can boost the immune system, and thus help reduce the risk of viral infections. They may also help prevent and reduce symptoms of eczema. But the key takeaway here is that a healthy gut equals healthy skin.

Why? Because skin inflammation is often a symptom of gut inflammation. It’s a condition linked to dysbiosis - an imbalance of bacteria within our gut microbiome. Dysbiosis occurs when there is an imbalance between us and our microbiome. Our skin is the “barometer” that lets us peek at what’s happening inside. Rashes, inflammations, or congestions “sound the alarm” and warn you that your gut isn’t as happy as you may think. This is the direct link between probiotics, gut health, and our skin’s health.

The products

Radiance Boost

Radiance Boost is a powerful liposomal cocktail of glutathione - the strongest antioxidant around - and hyaluronic acid. The latter is a key component in maintaining the skin moisturized and offering it that smooth look, while also preventing the apparition of wrinkles or slowing down their evolution.

Through its active ingredients, it promotes energy production, offers you healthy-looking, youthful, and glowing skin, and helps you keep it hydrated and firm. We did our best to improve the bitter taste of glutathione by adding a fresh, exotic taste of mango.

C Boost

C Boost offers 1000 mg of vitamin C in liposomal form - a healthy dose of vitamin C that acts both as a powerful antioxidant and as a stimulant for your body’s own production of collagen. Plus, its fruity aroma (peach) comes as a treat, making this supplement not only healthy but also extremely tasty.

Good to drink on the go, on a break from work, before or after a gym session but best enjoyed in the morning, alongside your breakfast, instead of a glass of orange juice. Enjoy a healthy supplement that helps repair the damage resulting from sun exposure or collagen loss! A supplement that has both antioxidant properties and promotes healthier, more youthful skin, by diminishing fine lines and protecting your dermis against UV radiation.

Glow Boost

Glow Boost is our collagen powder, mixed with probiotics, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, zinc, and biotin - one of the B-complex vitamins that boosts the health of your hair and nails, supports, and helps manage blood sugar levels. This special mix boosts the immune system, strengthens your skin, and provides it with elasticity and proper hydration while enhancing your gut health (that’s the main role of probiotics). And, as studies have shown, a healthy gut also means happy, healthy skin. That’s what we mean when we say that our products help you glow “from the inside out”.

This formula helps you fight the symptoms of aging, while also alleviating acne and helping you reduce the signs of the scars left by this skin condition. It is one of the best dietary supplements you can find since it’s enriched with vitamins, probiotics, and minerals.

Plus, it’s called “Glow Boost” for a reason: the composition was carefully created to promote wellness & wellbeing and to maintain that delicate balance between what’s happening on the inside and what’s showing on the outside. It’s a mix dedicated to all the women who understand that living healthy means looking gracefully at any age, a mix that keeps you balanced and in focus. Add it to your diet and feel the change coming from within!
